The 14th century house which featured in Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part One, remains on the market more than a year after it was put up for sale.
De Vere House in Lavenham, Suffolk, is where the young wizard’s parents were killed by Lord Voldemort. Last summer it went on sale for almost £1m, but as yet, a buyer has not been found.
The estate agent is Carter Jonas.
De Vere House in Water Street has a price tag of £950,000. It was originally on sale for a £995,000 asking price.
The house is among about 340 listed buildings in the medieval village of Lavenham.
It takes its name from the De Veres, the second-richest family after the king.
The house has retained its period features, which include grand fireplaces, wall paintings and a stone spiral staircase with a carved brick handrail.
