A Ballycastle ice cream business has been taking to the road with its ice-cool taste sensations.
And the specially-prepared delivery bundles are going down a treat with families across north Antrim. So whether it’s the £10 Ice Cream Happy Kit; the £15 Cloud Kit Kit or the £20 Dessert Bar Dream – the Dessert Bar has it licked!

Meanwhile, the Dessert Bar’s premises at Ballycastle seafront re-opened last weekend with strict social distancing measures in place.
Proprietor Keith Douthart said they will be opening weekends only to allow time to analyse and assess the current situation – and as much as they miss their customers, they do not want to rush.
“We will be operating take-out only, implementing other necessary safety changes such as limiting numbers and staff in-store, creating a one-way system, use of PPE and maintaining exceptional levels of hygiene and sanitisation.
“Our menu will also be temporarily reduced but we do promise the same great taste and satisfaction. Please be patient with us as we navigate this new normal. Your safety is our priority and not all things will be as they were,” added Keith.
