There’s been an arson attack at derelict premises in Coleraine.
The incident happened at Queens Park last night (Monday 1 April).
Police are investigating a possible link to this incident and a number of bushes set alight at Princess Gardens.
The derelict property is reported to have been set on fire by a number of youths in the area at around 8:15pm. Northern Ireland Fire & Rescue Service attended the scene and extinguished the fire. Police say the structure was badly damaged as a result of the incident.
Police say they are also investigating a possible link to this incident and a number of bushes set alight at the Princess Gardens at around 9:20pm.
Enquiries are continuing and police are appealing to anyone who witnessed the incident or who saw anything suspicious in the area at the time of the incident, to contact police on 101 quoting reference number 1254 1/4/19.
