A sum of money has been stolen from the home of an older person in Fivemiletown.
The incident happened at Mullaghfad Road on Friday 29 March at lunchtime.
Police say sometime between 12.30pm and 1pm, as the woman occupant was standing in her kitchen, a man entered the room from the hall area.
On seeing the woman he quickly left the premises, police say.
On checking the house she discovered that a sum of money had been taken.
The woman was not injured during this incident – however she has been left very badly shaken.
