A mystery delivery man left old televisions outside 50 homes in Virginia in the USA, while wearing a TV set on his head.
And according to the Washington Post, no one knows why.
More than 50 households woke up at the weekend to find old-style TVs on their doorsteps, said the local police department. Phone calls began flooding in when people opened their doors.
“Everyone started coming out of their houses, walking around the neighbourhood looking at the TVs there on the doorstep,” said Jeanne Brooksbank, one of the recipients, who lives in the Hampshire neighborhood. “It was very Twilight Zone.”
The Washington Post said each home had one set delivered and that it was carefully placed so it faced inward toward the door.

The delivery man is dressed in a blue all in one, and he has on black gloves with brown boots. The set completely covers his head.
Police believe he had an assistant – another man in a white one piece suit, who also wore a TV set on his head.
There was no cost to residents, and the incident didn’t impair normal police activity, police said. The department doesn’t plan to investigate further, according to the Washington Post, however residents are advised to alert police if it happens again.
