A man has been arrested by detectives investigating the alleged ill-treatment of patients at Muckamore Abbey Hospital.
The 26-year-old suspect was arrested in Antrim.
Muckamore cares for people with learning disabilities and mental health issues.
Police are investigating claims of abuse in the unit from 2017 to 18.
