A 30-year-old man is due in court charged with a number of offences including rioting and throwing a petrol bomb.
He is also charged with attempted grievous bodily harm with intent, possession of a prohibited weapon and possession of a Class C controlled substance
He is due to appear in Belfast Magistrates Court this morning (13 April). The charged are in connection with disorder on North Queen Street on Friday 9 April.
As is usual procedure the charge will be reviewed by the PPS.
