Emergency crews are responding to a “major incident” in Belfast Lough following reports that a man entered the water last night, (Saturday).
The search operation involves Belfast Harbour Police, Lagan Search and Rescue and the Coastguard.
There are no further details at this time and police are asking members of the public to avoid the area.
