A 35-year-old man was arrested after drugs were uncovered following a search in Carrickfergus last month.
The search was carried out in Edenvale Avenue on Sunday, November 20. A 32-year-old woman was arrested at the time of the searches and has been released on police bail to allow for further police enquiries.
Detective Inspector Corrigan said a quantity of suspected Class A and Class B controlled drugs were recovered during the search.
“The man was arrested on suspicion of a number of offences, including possession of a Class A controlled drug, possession of a Class A controlled drug with intent to supply and possessing criminal property,” said the Detective Inspector.
“We will continue to work with communities and partners to disrupt those involved in criminal activity and reduce the harm they cause to our society.
