Police in Newtownabbey and Antrim had a busy night, making four arrests and attending 20 calls overnight.
A man was left with suspected broken bones following a serious crash at Monkstown Avenue in Whiteabbey in the early hours.
“In the last few hours, we’ve attended over 20 calls for service and made four arrests, and that’s just the people who we located at the scene of an incident. Last night was similar, with the team attending custody three times,” said a police spokesperson.
Police are keen to hear from anyone who witnessed the crash in Monkstown in the early hours.
“If anyone witnessed this and can shed some light on what happened, please contact us on 101,” added the spokesperson.
