Meanwhile, Northern Ireland could see further COVID-19 restrictions over Christmas, NI’s chief scientific adviser has said.
Prof Ian Young said the middle of December could be the ‘big risk period’ and that Christmas ‘cannot be completely normal’ as allowing people to mix will elevate the risk.
