A man has been arrested after a taxi driver was robbed at gunpoint in Antrim.
The driver had picked up two men and a woman in the Ballymena Road area just after midnight this morning (Thursday) and took them to Junction One.
Once there, the man who was in the front seat, produced a gun and demanded money before hitting the driver in the face with the weapon.
The three then made off.
A short time later, police received reports of a break in at a burger van in the Springfarm area and damage having been caused to a shop on the Ballymena Road.
A 20-year-old man was arrested and he remains in custody this morning.
