There are brilliant charities and volunteers that provide food handouts, soup kitchens, food banks and so on.
And this cafe is actually a new (to me at least) approach to that.

There is one of these in Belfast called The Dock Cafe run by the same principle of pay what you can afford it’s near the Titanic Centre
