Two vulnerable adults, one of whom was using a mobility scooter, were assaulted at Woodvale Park, in north Belfast, police say.
The incident happened on Thursday, June 6 at around 9am – however police have just released details.
They want to speak to a man in relation to the assault.
The man is described as being in his mid-20s, around 6ft tall, of average build and with brown hair and glasses. He was wearing a brown anorak and he was cycling on a yellow mountain bike.
