Six further people have died as a result of contracting COVID-19 in Northern Ireland.
Figures from the Department show that the death toll in the province has sadly risen to 482.
Another 16 people have tested positive for the virus within the last 24 hours.
This brings the total number of positive cases here to 4,401.
The total number of global COVID-19 cases has passed 4.7 million with more than 1.7 million recovered and over 315,000 fatalities, according to the Johns Hopkins Coronavirus Resource Center.
