A 15-year-old youth is due in court next month, charged with assault on police, attempted theft, criminal damage and making threats to kill.
The charges are in relation to an alleged incident in Market Square in Antrim on Sunday morning (May 17) in which an attempt was made to break into an ATM.
He is due to appear before Antrim Youth Court on Thursday, June 3rd.
As is normal procedure all charges are reviewed by the PPS.
