The Templeton Hotel in Templepatrick has recently been acquired by The Galgom Spa and Golf Resort.
The upcoming Templeton Wedding Showcase which is due to take place on Friday, March 1 has been postponed due to the acquisition.
The Templeton has said that more information will be available at a later date.
The two hotels are less than 20 miles apart.
