A woman in her 60s has been taken to hospital with ‘serious’ injuries following a collision with a car at the Larne Road Link in Ballymena on Tuesday (17 January).
It happened just before 11am.
Inspector Edgar said a silver Renault Clio collided with the woman who was taken to hospital for her injuries, which are described as serious.
“Enquiries are continuing and we would appeal to anyone who was in the area at the time of the incident, or who may have dash cam footage available should contact police on 101 quoting reference number 540 17/01/23,” he added.
