Police have arrested a 12-year-old boy on suspicion of riotous behaviour.
The incident is alleged to have occurred on Cliftonpark Avenue last night.
And police are asking parents to be aware of where their children are.
“We have been there for some hours tonight (Wednesday) dealing with this futile activity.
“How much has this young man damaged his future prospects by getting involved in this senseless behaviour?
“We will continue to take positive proactive action when and where we can so that the residents in these areas can live in peace.
“Know where your children are and what they’re up to,” said police in a Facebook post.
