There are 37 new positive cases of coronavirus in Northern Ireland, bringing the total number of confirmed cases to 209.
To date, seven people who tested positive have sadly died.
An 80-year-old care home resident has died as a result of the coronavirus Covid-19, five days after becoming ill.
Magdalene Mitchell passed away on Tuesday.
According to The Nolan Show, two people had been taken to hospital after testing positive at Bradley Manor Care Home in Belfast, where Mrs Mitchell was a resident.
The home said it was treating the situation ‘with the utmost seriousness” and had put in place a number of procedures.
Meanwhile, in England, a 21-year-old has died after testing positive for coronavirus, her family has said.
Chloe Middleton, from High Wycombe in Buckinghamshire, is believed to be the youngest person in the UK to die following the outbreak. She had no under-lying health issues.
