A man has died following a crash just outside Glengormley, in Co Antrim.
The crash happened during the early hours of this morning (Wednesday 6 May) around 2:20am and involved a grey Ford Focus.
The car was found in a field in the Upper Hightown Road area.
Inspector Paul McCarron said sadly, the man was pronounced dead at the scene.
The Upper Hightown Road was closed this morning as officers carried out their enquiries. It has now reopened.
“I would appeal to anyone who was in the area this morning and captured what occurred on their dash cam to contact us on the non-emergency number 101, quoting reference number 105 of 06/05/20,” added Inspector Paul McCarron.
