A man his 40s has been arrested after a man was reportedly stabbed in north Belfast yesterday afternoon (Thursday, March 11).
The incident happened at 2.15pm at a flat on the Antrim Road. The man, aged in his 30s, was taken to hospital for treatment.
The 40-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of wounding with intent to cause grievous bodily harm. He remains in custody, assisting with police enquiries.
“Our enquiries continue and I would appeal to anyone with information to contact us on 101, quoting reference number 898 of 11/03/21,” said Detective Sergeant O’Flaherty.
