A number of injured dogs were seized along with drugs and cash by the Paramilitary Crime Task Force (PCTF) during searches across Belfast, Hillsborough and Millisle.
The searches were carried out on Tuesday.
During these searches a substantial quantity of suspected cannabis, drugs paraphernalia and in excess of £10,000 cash was seized.
Police also seized a number of dogs. Some of these dogs had serious injuries and there was concern for their welfare.
Police say images of the injured dogs would not be suitable for release. The dogs are now safe and receiving veterinary treatment.
