A 33-year-old-man has been charged with arson following a fire at a property in Rathmore Gardens in Antrim in the early hours of yesterday morning (Saturday 22 May).
He has been charged with arson endangering life with intent and criminal damage.
He is expected to appear at Antrim Magistrates Court on Tuesday 15 June.
As is normal procedure, all charges will be reviewed by the Public Prosecution Service.
