Another 17 COVID-19 deaths and 148 new cases

Another 17 people have died as a result of COVID-19 in Northern Ireland.

There are 148 new cases, according to figures from the Public Health Agency.


A total of 193 people have died as a result of the coronavirus.

  • Only go outside for food, health reasons or work (but only if you cannot work from home), or one form of exercise a day (a run, walk or cycle, alone or with members of your household)
  • If you go out, stay 2 metres (6ft) away from other people at all times
  • Wash your hands as soon as you get home
  • Do not meet others, even friends or family
  • You can spread the virus even if you don’t have symptoms
