Are you a budding make-up artist?

Make Up Pro Store is offering its 1000th student a free place on its new ten-week training course and the opportunity to learn from multi award-winning make-up artist Paddy McGurgan.

This initiative is to celebrate the launch of its new Advanced Academy with ITEC Accreditation course. The course is worth £1,550 and includes learning key aspects and techniques behind artistry; how to utilise colours, trends, techniques and methods to push artistic skills to the maximum. The lucky recipient will conclude their training with a professional photoshoot to assist in developing a sample portfolio.

Make Up Pro Store and the Paddy McGurgan Academy have been educating students for over 15 years. With the launch of its new course it aims to push students to reach their full potential through its expertise and teaching skills.

By providing this new qualification it reaffirms the academy’s commitment to delivering current and practical knowledge in line with the changing industry trends. With full commitment from both educators and students, the course will enable the next generation to amplify their career progression.

ITEC (International Therapy Examination) is globally recognised and provides leading international qualifications across many sectors including; Beauty & Spa Therapy, Sports and Fitness Training and Customer Service.

Owner of Make Up Pro Store and make-up artist Paddy McGurgan said this is a fantastic opportunity for any budding makeup artist.

“Industry standards are ever changing, and the breadth of skill required is evolving. I want my students to progress through their careers with passion and the confidence that they have been skilled to the highest level, with the ability to perform and compete on a global stage. My core belief is that you educate to elevate.

“Many of my past students, Ciara McKeown, Louise Lavery, Olivia Muldoon, Stevey Lennox, Ailin Traynor, Roisin Doherty and many more have had worldwide success due to their skills, passion and work ethic. With our new ITEC accredited course, it will open so many more opportunities for students to travel as far as Australia, American and Canada and their training will be acknowledged globally,” he added.
