Mums and dads living with challenging teenagers can take part in the Parenting Your Teen programme which is running in Ballyclare for eight weeks.
Starting on 10 October for two hours each Thursday evening, the aim of the programme is to improve the parent and adolescent relationship
The teenage years can be notoriously challenging but this programme can help parents navigate their way through the reality of being mum and dad to teenagers.
The programme covers a range of topics and promotes the Authoritative Parenting style, which has been proven to be most effective.
Odyssey, Parenting Your Teen is an evidence based programme and has been found to improve outcomes for parents, children and the whole family.
