More than two million doses of the COVID-19 vaccination have been administered in Northern Ireland.
Around 80% of the adult population have received a first vaccination with 60% ‘fully vaccinated.’
Walk-in vaccinations are now available for over-18s.
Welcoming the two million landmark the Health Minister Robin Swann said: “I again pay tribute to everyone involved in our vaccination programme. I also pay tribute to the good sense of the people of NI – coming forward in very large numbers to get protected from the virus.”
