One person was arrested after cannabis plants with a street value of around £40,000 were seized during a by police operation at Doon Road in Straw, near Draperstown.
A sum of cash was also seized during the operation on Friday night.
Following a further search of another property in the Draperstown/Straw area, a further sum of cash was seized.
Police say a man aged in his 20s, arrested on suspicion of a number of offences including cultivating cannabis, has been released on bail pending further enquiries.
The PSNI said the search meant that a ‘significant drugs supply chain’ had been broken.
“A significant drugs supply chain on our patch broken, we’d call that a good day all round. Wonder who’s door is going in next?” said a spokesperson.
