There’s been an attempted burglary in the Ardoyne Road area of north Belfast.
Police said they received a report of the attempted burglary in Farringdon Court around 4pm yesterday (Monday), but they believe that it may have taken place sometime between 4.30pm on Sunday afternoon and 12.30pm yesterday (Monday).
Detective Sergeant Corrigan said: “I would appeal to anyone who saw any suspicious activity in the area between Sunday afternoon and yesterday lunchtime to get in touch with detectives on 101, quoting reference number 931 of 28/1/19.”
Alternatively, information can also be provided to the independent charity Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111 which is 100% anonymous and gives people the power to speak up and stop crime.
