Baby food recalled as ‘small number may have been tampered with’

Cow & Gate has urgently recalled baby food jars sold in Tesco as a precaution as a small number may have been tampered with.

It’s not clear how the food was tampered with and there are no reports of infants falling it.

The FSA said in a statement: “If you have bought any of the listed products, do not feed them to your baby. Instead, return it to the Tesco store from where it was bought for a full refund.”
