P4 to P7 pupils and those in year 12 to 14 in secondary and grammar schools have returned to school this morning (Monday).
They will join children in P1 to P3 who returned to school on 8 March.
The decision to get back to school was taken by the NI Executive at its meeting on 16 March.
This has been the second lengthy homeschooling period due to a rapid rise in COVID-19 cases.
The children will be in class for around one week before the schools break for the Easter holidays.
It is planned that years 8 to 11 in secondary and grammar schools will return on 12 April.
