Two people were taken to hospital and three others were treated by paramedics after they were injured in a group water activity incident near Ballycastle beach.
The alarm was raised just after 11:30am.
It’s understood a wave crashed into a number of pedal bikes.
Those injured were helped on to a leader’s boat but this then capsized.
Ambulance personnel as well the Charity Air Ambulance, HM Coastguard from Ballycastle and Coleraine and RNLI Lifeguards attended the incident.
