An eight-year-old boy has died following a crash on the Aughnacloy Road in Banbridge. It happened yesterday evening (Saturday).
The crash has left a man, woman and a child in hospital with serious injuries.
The boy tragically died at the scene of the two vehicle crash which occurred at around 5.20pm. It involved a silver Audi Q3 and a silver Ford Focus.
The road was closed for some time following the crash but has since re-opened.
Police are appealing for anyone who witnessed the collision or who may have dashcam footage to contact officers in Lurgan or the Collision Investigation Unit on 101.
