Thousands of people across Northern Ireland have put their best feet forward for this year’s Darkness Into Light, in a bid to raise awareness of suicide and self help.
Pieta’s annual fundraiser – supported by Electric Ireland – is now a global event allowing people to come together to remove the stigma around suicide and self-harm, while spreading hope.
All money raised through Darkness Into Light will help Pieta to deliver its counselling, therapy and bereavement services across its centres in Ireland as well as operate its 24-hour suicide helpline (1800 247 247).
