A car has been destroyed after being set on fire in Rathcoole in Newtownabbey this morning.
A window of a Volkswagen Passat which was parked at Camross Park was smashed and an accelerant poured in through the window and set on fire.
Police are appealing for information following the incident which happened just after 5:15am this morning (Thursday, July 30).
Inspector Graham said firefighters extinguished the fire.
The inspector said thankfully no one was injured but the vehicle was completely destroyed.
