A cyclist was injured in a hit and run in Bangor on Sunday morning.
The male cyclist in his 40s was cycling around the Donaghadee Road Roundabout and was hit by what is believed to have been a blue Vauxhall Corsa at around 9:30am.
Police are appealing for witnesses following the incident.
The driver of the car did not stop at the scene.
The cyclist was taken to hospital for treatment for injuries.
Constable Cormac Dunlop is appealing for witnesses.
“We would appeal for anyone who witnessed the collision or who may have captured footage on dashcam to contact officers on 101 quoting reference number 593 of 27/10/19. We are also keen to speak to another cyclist who had stopped at the scene to assist the injured cyclist before leaving,” he added.
