Dearly beloved: four years since Prince’s death

It’s been four years since the death of music icon Prince.

Fans have been remembering the legend who penned a range of classic songs which will live on for years to come.

Aged just 57 when he died, Prince, the artist formerly and forever known as Prince, can be seen everywhere.

Prince died in 2016 from an accidental overdose of the painkiller fentanyl, a powerful opioid.

It’s a painkiller that America’s Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) says is 50 times more potent than heroin.

Who remembers Little Red Corvette, When Doves Cry, U Got The Look, If I Was Your Girlfriend, and Alphabet Street?
