Dog owners in Donaghadee are being asked by police to be vigilant after raw meat was found in Hunts Park.
Police say that there is no proof it was poisoned, but they cannot rule it out at this stage.
The raw meat was brought to the attention of the police by a member of the public.
Dog owners are asked to be vigilant if they are using the park.
