Last month Nexus NI warned of a rise in the number of calls in relation to domestic violence.
It said there had been a 13% rise in calls, on top of a 27% increase during the first week of April.
It also said the number of visits to the domestic and sexual abuse website had doubled.
Nexus also reported an increase in callers who were worried that if they leave home, they could catch the coronavirus.
