Eight more people have died as a result of contracting COVID-19 in Northern Ireland.
The Public Health Agency said that 94 new cases have been confirmed today (Saturday).
It brings the total number of deaths to 56.
There are 998 confirmed cases to date in Northern Ireland.
The PSNI is urging people to stay at home this weekend as warm weather moves in.
