One person has died and Saturday’s statistics (319 new infections) are the highest on record.

He is appealing to people to follow the public health advice to protect themselves against COVID-19.
Meanwhile, crowds of people have been protesting at Stormont against the government’s imposed restrictions, including the lockdown and the wearing of face masks. The protest has been peaceful.
The NI Executive announced a ban this week on the mixing of two households indoors, except for single-person bubbles and other exemptions. No more than six people from two households are permitted to meet in private gardens.
