A firearm and suspected pipe bomb were found during a planned search of a house in Larne on Thursday (7 July).
Also found during the search was a quantity of cannabis, drug-related items, a quantity of pregabalin and Mirtazapine tablets and a number of mobile phones.
Detective Inspector Lenaghan said police remain fully committed to tackling the scourge of drugs and linked criminality.
