More than 60 firefighters have been fighting a fire which broke out at Duncrue Street in north Belfast.
The fire began in a storage unit containing agricultural feed.
The Northern Ireland Fire and Rescue Service was called to the fire just after 11pm last night.
The emergency services will be at the scene until this afternoon.
Statement from NIFRS
“NIFRS were alerted to a fire at the M2 Business Park, Duncrue Street, Belfast at approximately 23.10hrs on Thursday 14th November. On arrival fire crews were met with a significant and well developed fire in a storage unit containing large quantities of agricultural feed materials. A total of 13 fire appliances and more than 60 fire personnel were involved at the scene.
Fire crews have worked hard throughout the night in difficult conditions to bring the fire under control and to protect neighbouring property. The fire is now under control and it is anticipated that firefighting operations will continue throughout Friday. The public are advised to avoid the area if possible and be aware that there is restricted access through Duncrue Street.”
