A fire which broke out at the old St Patrick’s Academy building in Dungannon has been extinguished.
A Northern Ireland Fire & Rescue Service (NIFRS) Spokesperson said five pumping appliances, along with an aerial appliance, two water tankers and a command support vehicle attended the incident.
They were called to the site on the Killymeal Road shortly after 8pm.
The public was asked to stay away from the incident and to keep windows and doors shut as a precaution.
It’s not yet known what caused the fire.
The NIFRS said it is believed the blaze began in portacabins.
