The teenage girl who died in a farm accident on Saturday afternoon will be laid to rest today (Tuesday).
Abbie Nummy’s funeral takes place at 1pm in St Mary’s Parish Church, Newry, followed by interment in the Presbyterian Cemetery.
Donations will go toward the Air Ambulance NI, c/o John M Murdoch Funeral Director.
The emergency services, including the Air Ambulance, attempted to save Abbie’s life at the scene, but she tragically passed away.
Abbie who was 14, is survived by her parents, Andrew and Lorna, and siblings Darcie and Jamie.
The Health and Safety Executive for Northern Ireland is continuing to investigate the circumstances surrounding the farm death.
