A Glengormley woman who suffered a cardiac arrest during an exercise class in Ballyclare has met the staff who saved her life.
Joanna Ireland was at the Sixmile Leisure Centre when she collapsed.
Staff performed CPR and used a defibrillator until the ambulance arrived.
This week she met with the staff – Isaiah Close, Tim Ayre, Alex Deaney, Lee Irvine and Janelle Close – to say thank you.
Joanna and her husband have made a donation to the British Heart Foundation.
