Glenoe among top 20 most impressive waterfalls in UK

Glenoe Waterfall between Larne and Carrickfergus has been ranked among the top 20 most impressive in the UK.

The picturesque spot is ranked 14th in the survey carried out by the experts at GO Outdoors.


Topping the list was High Force in County Durham, England.

Ranked as ‘easy’ and suited to most walkers, the walk around Glenoe Waterfall will take around 20 minutes and is just less than 1km.

Arguably one of the most picturesque waterfalls in Northern Ireland, Glenoe is a short walk from the village. The short walk weaves its way through the glen to one of the most favoured photo spots in County Antrim.
