Greggs’ new vegan sausage roll launches today (Wednesday) with many keen to get a bite of the action.
The bakery chain decided to launch the product after a petition by PETA which collected more than 20,000 signatures last year.
But not everyone is happy, with some meat eaters wondering why vegans want a fake meat product. However, some point out that the company is only following market trends.
Since the announcement, Twitter has gone into a frenzy, with even Piers Morgan getting more than he chewed….
