Griff the golden eagle is home!
He was found in Randalstown sitting on a tree stump and two volunteers were able to approach him and he recognised them.
Widespread searches have been conducted with reported sightings over Randalstown.

After a long stressful 7 days Griff our golden eagle is finally home! Found in randalstown forest sitting on an old tree stump, he recognised two of our volunteers “myself and my momma” and were able to walk right up to him and bring him home. Apart from being very tired and hungry Griff is doing fine! World of Owls is so grateful for everyone’s help and support and we’re over the moon to have Griff back home!? — at World of Owls
